It is submitted that the industry was afforded an opportunity of personal hearing before SEE, ZO-2, Ludhiana on 26.04.2024, wherein it was decided that.........................................:
1. The industry shall submit a certificate from Company Secretary regarding de-materialization of its shares, within 07 days.
2. Environmental Engineer, Regional Office- 3, Ludhiana shall verify the contentions of the industry and submit the report alongwith recommendations, within 07 days.................................
Now, RO reported that the industry has not submitted share DEMAT certificate and as per PDA list, shares of the industry has not been done DEMAT. Thus, the industry has not complied with the decisions of the personal hearing dated 26.04.2024.............
As proposed by RO, may if approved, varied 'Consent to Operate' under the Air Act, 1981 be refused, please. |
