Discussed. As the visiting team submitted a doubt regarding capacity of the furnace though the average production capacity was below the consented capacity. As such, condition has been imposed that the industry shall submit bills for purchase of induction furnace unit from M/s Electotherm India Ltd. within 7 days to Regional Office, Fatehgarh to verify the capacity of the furnace.
It is further submitted that the industry is situated at Vill. Kumbh and it is a different unit than the unit situated at Vill. Ambey Majra.
In view of above, re-submitted for approval of the proceedings and pressing the approval button, so that consent may be granted to the industry, please.
