| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the NOC granted by the Board i.e. quantity of by-products in Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
2. The industry has not submitted completion certificate regarding installation of Cyclone Separator as APCD to control the dust emission emitting during the process.
3. The industry has submitted compliance report of the conditions of the previous granted NOC from the Board and same is not proper, as the industry has written “Noted and Complying” all the conditions of the previous granted NOC and also not submitted any document regarding the same.
It is requested to clarify the same within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
