In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS, may if approved Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year with suitable conditions and special conditions including conditions as proposed by Regional Office asunder:
1. The industry shall obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of Ground Water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA).
2. The industry shall submit the completion certificate of APCD from PSCST, Chandigarh.
3. The industry shall comply with the SOP framed by PSCST, Chandigarh.
4. The unit shall obtain revised NOC of the Board, if it changes any of its product/capacity of the plant.
5. The unit shall not engage in any water polluting process i.e. electroplating/ pickling/ galvanizing etc.
6. The industry shall provide thick plantation of spreading crown varieties of evergreen trees all along the boundary wall.
7. The project proponent shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.
