| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that that 1) The value of total fixed assets of the industry has been increased from 6.16 cr to 14.87 cr. Accordingly the value of plant and machinery has been increased from 4.93 cr to 11.90 cr. The industry has not submitted the details of additions.
2) The value of the building has been increased from 44 lac to 2.17 crore the industry has not submitted amended building plan and detail of additions.
3) The industry has not attached the manufacturing process
4) The industry was given personal hearing before the chief environmental engineer on 02.01.2024 wherein it was decided as under :-
i) The industry shall obtain varied CTO under both the Acts from the concerned Regional Office in the name of M/s Ganesh Solvex for the manufacturing of HDPE drums and shall submit a copy of the same, within 15 days.
ii) The industry shall submit application for its consented capacity along with reply to the observations for obtaining registration on the centralised EPR portal developed by CPCB as Producer, within 15 days.
iii) The industry shall become a member of the Punjab Plastic Waste Management Society (PPWMS) to meet their EPR targets, within 07 days. Sh. Prabhakar Mishra, the Chairman of PPWMS may be contacted on his mobile no. 98713-41264 for this purpose & Er.Shivani Gupta, AEE (PWM) of the Board on her mobile no. 98881-43014 for any assistance in the matter.
iv) The industry shall ensure that plastic waste lifted by IPCA / registered PWPs shall be within the State of Punjab in order to achieve its EPR target and submit the information w.r.t quantity & source of waste with the Board.
The above details has been already conveyed to the industry while returning the previous consent application, however, the industry till date has not submitted the reply of the decisions of the above said personal hearing.
In view of above you are again requested to submit the detail of additions, approved building plan and compliance of the decisions of the person hearing within two days positively.
