It is submitted that the reply of the observations of the competent authority is as under:
1. there is no source of generation of trade effluent from the process of the industry.
2. CLU was issued to the industry namely M/s Amogha Rmedies by Department of Town and Country Planning, Punjab vide memo no. 306 dated 14.03.2019.
The unit (M/s A.M Foil) has submitted a copy of the registry dated 01.11.2021 executed between M/s Amogha Remedies (Seller) and Sh. Mukesh Jain, Prop. A.M. Foil (buyer), regarding selling of the said land area for which CLU was issued by the Department of Town and Country Planning.
