In reply to the objection raised by the Competent Authority, it is submitted that the undersigned had been on election duty (day, evening & night shifts) from 20.03.2024 to 04.06.2024 hence, the case was delayed. Further, Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was recommended for short term for a purpose to synchronize the Consent to Operate applications with Bio-Medical Waste application as the HCF has not got its effluent samples analyzed by the Board’s lab.
Submitted for further necessary action please.
