It is intimated that the industry has established without consent to establish of the Board under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted CA Certificate, plot allotment letter etc.
The industry has deposited Rs. 15400/- vide UTR No. N132232457534510 dated 12.05.2023. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2028.
The industry was visited by JEE(OS) of this office on 18.06.2024 and observed that the industry was in operation. The industry has installed wood based baby boiler along with adequate stack height. The industry has installed 01 No. Kneeder, Rolling Machine, Extruder etc. The industry has provided septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent and same was discharged into PSIEC sewer.
In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the period upto 31.12.2028 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that
1) The industry shall submit approved building plan from the Competent Person within one month.
2) The industry shall not generate any trade effluent.
3) The industry shall not make any expansion without prior permission of the Board.
4) The industry shall complying with the norms prescribed by the PPCB/CPCB.
