Sir, It is clarified that:-
1. The project proponent has submitted that it will utilizing 45% of untreated effluent after treatment through STP (approx 97 KLD) for dual plumbing and construction work and remaining 112 KLD will be utilized in green area to be developed in form of trees plantation and parks. (total green area is 14718 sq. yard.). The landscaping will be designed and trees will be planted in open areas, around the boundary, etc. The industry has also submitted the type of plants to be provided in the plantation area. The project proponent in the feasibility report has also proposed the Dual plumbing in this project at their own.
2. The existing STP of M/S Green Avenue is situated in the vanity of proposed site of STP. The project proponent submitted that they are appealing for shifting the location of STP so as to ease in operation and maintaining both the STP’s of its existing and present project. The site of the STPs of both the project after this proposal will be near to each other. Further, the project proponent has also submitted that the existing STP site of this project will be used for utility propose and will be not be sold out.
3.The project proponent has already laid pipeline for carrying untreated effluent to newly proposed STP site. The work of laying pipeline for carrying treated effluent back for utilization in plantation will be done after issuance of CTE.
4. The project proponent has submitted that it has already entered into a registered lease agreement with Sh. Balwinder Kumar for land area 7 kanal and 5 marla for 15 years. The lease agreement will be extended well before expiry date.
5. The project proponent has submitted that there is no change in area to be developed for establishment of residential colony. Their map has already been approved by the Local Government.
6. There is no separate clearance given by Local Government specifically for installation of STP of a private colony. Further, in the earlier approved layout plan by the Government, no location of proposed STP had been marked.
7. No separate guidelines has been framed by the Board for the setting up of STPs. However, this will be the same STP which was earlier proposed inside the colony. Now, has been proposed by the project proponent at a distance of around 300 mtr away from the colony. There are presently most of the vacant plots adjoining to this site.
8. The total area of the project is 37.35 acres, hence, it is not covered under the EIA notification.
