As per record file, the industry was visited on 06.12.2023 during previous temporary restoration of electric connection and now again visited on 11.06.2024.
RO recommended that 'consent to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30/06/2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and PSCPL authorities may be directed to permanently restore its electric connection, please.
The industry is required to be visited 3 times for restoration of electric connection of the permanently.
In view of above, it is recommended as under:
1. The consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to industry for a short period of six months.
2. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued for restoration of electric supply for a period of six months, please.
