| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is requested to submit the copy of application form for applying amended Environmental Clearance regarding development of 33% plantation area over additional land purchased nearby the unit for plantation purposes.
2. The industry has not submitted the adequacy certificate of APCDs installed with both the furnaces reverified from PSCST, Chandigarh in compliance to the personal hearing decisions dated 07/08/2023.
3. The industry has mentioned the domestic water consumption @ 10 KLD; however, it needs to be 32.4 KLD (240 workers * 135 litre). Kindly clarify.
4. The industry has not submitted the analysis report of STP from NABL approved lab.
5. The industry has deposited the consent fee under the both Acts for 01 year only, which is adequate for 31/12/2024. It is requested to deposit additional consent fee for 01 year under the both Acts. Further, the industry has not deposited the penalty @ 50% of 01 year fee under the both Acts as well as NOC regularization fee amounting to Rs. 21,600/-.
6. The industry has submitted the compliance of EC conditions; however, Annexures are not attached with it.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
