Sir, it’s recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for 50 Residential Plots (out of total no. 125 plots) and 11 Commercial blocks with the generation and disposal of domestic effluent @ 24 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through STP may be granted to the project proponent upto 30.6.2028 (upto adequacy of fee) with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special condition that 1. The project proponent shall obtain revised permissions from the Board for more than 50 construction of houses 2. The project proponent shall not discharge any treated/untreated sewage into MC sewer. 3. The project proponent will be bound to obtain Environmental clearance , if applicable at any stage of construction. Competency SEE |
