Certificate dated 29.12.2023 submitted by the industry from Company Secretary states that 83.5 shares are in MCA portal. Thus, certificate is not about DEMAT of shares. Further industry has been visited on 19.06.2024 and observed that the industry is not in operation.
Since the industry has not submitted share DEMAT certificate from company secretary as per the format submitted by all other industries, it is therefore recommended that the application of the industry for obtaining Varied ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution Act) Act, 1974 may be refused.
