In view of facts submitted by AEE, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate from pollution angle under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31.08.2025 with suitable conditions and following special conditions that: 1. The industry shall obtain registration as PWP in the EPR portal of CPCB within one month and submit compliance. 2. The industry shall not undertake any washing of raw material and generate any kind of trade effluent. 3. The industry shall keep the APCD in good operational conditions at all times and shall ensure that there is no problem of bad odour from the processing of waste plastic from the unit. 4. The industry shall ensure that the waste plastic shall be kept in the closed room within the unit and shall not cause any nuisance in the area. (Competency SEE) |
