The industry has installed total 13 machines (09 cabinet machines and 04 soft flow machines). 09 cabinet dyeing machines are as 90 Kg x 01, 120 kg x 04, 60 kg x 04. Soft flow machines are 03 x 300 kg & 01 x 450 kg. Air emission samples of the industry were collected by the Board on 10.07.2019 and as per analysis report, concentration of SPM was 381 mg/Nm3 i.e. within the prescribed limits. No air emission samples collected after 10.07.20219.
Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that Varied ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for to the industry for period upto 30.06.2026 for dyeing of acrylic yarn @ 1140 kgs/day and dyeing of PC / Cotton / Polyester clothes @ 2700 Kg/day along with operation of one boiler of capacity 3.5 TPH with cyclone separator as APCD and one DG set of capacity @ 125 KVA with canopy subject to suitable conditions along with special condition that the industry will get its Air emission samples analyzed from Board’s lab within 01 month.
