| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The rice sheller is requested to submit a letter from MC, Khamanon indicating whether the rice sheller is located within or outside the MC limits.
2. The rice sheller has not submitted the completion certificate/undertaking regarding installation of APCD installed with mechanical dryer.
3. The compliance report submitted by the rice sheller has not signed by the authorized signatory.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days so that the application can be processed further. |
