Details of the case may kindly be perused in the note of AEE.
AEE reported as under:
The industry has added one more boiler of capacity 1.5 TPH based on wood fired and provided dust collector as APCD, alongwith common stack. The representative confirmed that they have installed new boiler for standby purpose.
But, no comments w.r.t suitability of site for installation of new boiler have been given by EE/AEE as per policy of the Board under prevalence.
Also, as the industry has installed new boiler, thus, the industry is required to apply for Varied CTOs.
If approved, RO be asked to clarify/deal the case in light of above observations, please. |
