The details of the case may kindly be perused in the note of AEE. In view of the details mentioned in the said note and recommendations of E.E, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that to consent to operate’ under the Air Act, 1981, may be granted to the industry for short term i.e. upto 31.12.2024 subject to suitable conditions as proposed by Regional Office and additional condition that Regional Office, shall carry out the monitoring of stack of boiler of capacity 40 TPH immediately, please.
