The application has been examined and found that earlier CTOs were granted to the industry under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for production of pesticides, bio-pesticides etc. @ 1 TPD and Fertilizer, bio-fertilizer etc. @ 2 TPD in plot no. F-71 & F-72 of the industrial growth centre, Mansa Road, Bathinda and the same was valid upto 30.09.2024…………...
Now it has been intimated that plot no. F-70 is also being operated under the name & style of M/s Cubic Fertichem Pvt. Ltd., however from the perusal of the documents submitted, it has been observed that the said plot has been allotted to Mrs Nirmala Kumari W/o Sh. Mohan Lal Garg & Smt. Santosh Goyal W/o Sh. Kewal Krishan on 11.06.2019 for the manufacturing of PVC pipes, however no document has been submitted as proof regarding transfer of plot no. F-70 in the name of the Directors of the industry and regarding change in the process/activities to be executed……………..
Also, the visiting officer has reported that the industry has added additional process of granular formulation & powder formulation, however no increase in the capacity of raw material/product has been intimated, which needs clarification………………
If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to conclude the application. |
