In compliance to the decision of the personal hearing dated 28.05.2024, the Regional Office has reported that the industry was visited by undersigned on 23.05.2024 and pipelines provided from source of water supply to the handies of parboiled section has been disconnected and sealed in the presence of Sh. Rahul Bansal, partner of the industry and he was advised not to reconnect / broke the seal without prior permission of the Board................
In view of above, if approved ‘Consent to operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.03.2029 for operation of steamed rice only @ 4 TPH or raw rice @ 5 TPH and rice brain oil @ 1 TPH, subject to the following special conditions that:-…………….
1. The industry will not operate its parboiling unit without prior written permission of the Board………….
2. The industry will not undergo any expansion w.r.t. production capacity/land area without prior written permission of the Board…………….
