It is submitted that the industry was afforded an opportunity of personal hearing before SEE, ZO-2, Ludhiana, on 11.06.2024, however, the hearing was postponed due to some administrative reasons..........The industry has submitted reply on 08.06.2024 w.r.t SCN issued to it, however, RO has not submitted any recommendations for deciding the consent application..............
May if approved, RO be requested to verify the contents of the reply and submit clear-cut recommendations to decide the consent application, please. |
