In reference to the clarification raised by your goodself the reply is as under:
No expansion in machinery has been made at site. Further as per the last CA certificate as on 17.05.2019 ,the land was on lease and value of the building and plant and machinery was 46.56 lac. Now this Sheller including land has been purchased by the present owner namely Smt. Shimpy Rani, (Proprietor)., due to which value of land has been mention in the CA certificate dated 13.06.2024 and cost of building and plant and machinery (excluding GST) is 13.59 lac. Due to purchase of land value of total fixed assets has been increased. Further as per last registry area of land was 12 kanal having khasra number 743(9-9), 745(2-11) as per present registry area of land is 16 kanal 2 marle. But present industrial activities are being carried out in the 12 kanal having khasra number 743(9-9), 745(2-11). In this regard the owner of unit informed that they have purchased additional land adjoining to existing Sheller for future expansion and same will be applied after the grant of present consent for existing machinery. Presently no dryer has been installed in the premises of rice Sheller.
In view of above it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2025 (upto adequacy of fee) for manufacturing of raw rice (Without sortex and without dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by processing of paddy @ 3.0 TPH as raw material under the name of Smt. Shimpy Rani, (Proprietor) for the existing land and machinery with suitable conditions and special condition that
1.Industry shall not install any additional machinery and shall not do any expansion without obtaining NOC from the board.
2. Present consent be granted for the operation of rice sheller at land measuring 12 kanal having khasra number 743(9-9), 745(2-11) only.
3. The industry shall got analyzed its stack emission samples from Board's lab in coming season.
