Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE (PBIP). If approved, action as proposed by AEE (PBIP) regarding issuance of Consent to Operate under the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of for manufacturing of Cotton Yarn @ 25.0 TPD and Cotton Waste (Bye-product) @ 2.25 TPD by using Cotton@ 27.77 TPD as raw material, upto 30.09.2028 subject to the additional conditions as mentioned in his note plus one following additional condition be taken, please: The industry shall install manual AAQM stations one in upwind direction & one in downwind direction of its boundary before 30.09.2024 and carry out regular monitoring of Ambient Air Quality through the said stations & the data regarding the same shall be made available to the visiting officer of the Board, without fail. |
