The report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed that the industry has complied with the decisions of the personal hearing given to it before the Chairman of the Board as well as provisions of the Air Act, 1981 except submission of the certificate from the Director of Factories w.r.t having adequate safety measures in place within the unit to avoid any accidents.
In view of the recommendations of EERO Rupnagar, Consent to operate under the provision of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2025 subject to the suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by Regional office and special conditions that the industry shall obtain certificate from the Director of Factories w.r.t having adequate safety measures in place within the unit immediately and submit the same to the Board.
