The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting documents submitted by the industry i.e. feasibility report & project report.
2. The industry has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) for expansion under orange category (2055-Paints and varnishes (mixing and blending) and same is not proper as per detail filled in the application i.e. manufacturing of Primer, Recon of used empty barrels/containers & Recon of used liners/plastic.
3. The Feasibility report submitted by the industry is not proper as the same is for manufacturing of Primer & Thinner. However, the industry has applied for manufacturing of Primer, Recon of used empty barrels/containers & Recon of used liners/plastics.
4. The project report submitted by the industry is not proper as the same is for manufacturing of Primer & Thinner. However, the industry has applied for manufacturing of Primer, Recon of used empty barrels/containers & Recon of used liners/plastics.
5. The industry has submitted allotment letter issued by PSIEC for manufacturing of packing material and the same is not proper.
6. The industry has not submitted compliance report of conditions of the previous granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
7. The lease deed submitted by the industry is found expired.
