The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed as under:- 1. The project proponent has proposed to generate 43.12 KLD sewage out of which it has proposed 15 KLD will be reused in dual plumbing and 28.03 KLD to be discharged onto land for plantation. However, the project proponent has not submitted the detail / type of plantation to be provided for the disposal of treated sewage and approved layout plan showing proposed green area, STP and plots, so as to adjudge the adequacy of disposal arrangements.
2. The project proponent under the name of M/s Dirba Buildcon (P) Ltd. was granted regularization certificate by the Deputy Director, Local Government-cum-Competent Authority vide letter no. 159 dated 30.07.2014 with certain conditions. However, with present application the project proponent has not submitted any approved layout plan and final approval of the Local Government/Competent Authority for the establishment of said plotted colony.
3. The feasibility report of proposed STP along with its dimensional drawing not submitted.
