As per the record file, the industry was operating its unit without consents of the Board. As such, the directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 were issued to disconnect the electric supply of the industry, which were restored upto 30/06/2024 temporarily. The industry has installed an induction furnace of capacity 6 TPH, which is equipped with side hood suction system followed by the bag filter house as APCD. The industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, which are valid upto 30/06/2024. Submitted for action as already recommended in the note dated 16.05.2024. |
