The case of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The industry has not updated the profile from porposed to operational and asset value of CA certificate. Further the industry was also replied through email of its profile change request that a separate individual industry request to update the profile may be sent so that the same can be updated.
2. The industry is required to submit compliance of special condition no. 2 of CTE conditions i.e. "The industry shall bound to achieve the stringent emission standard of 350 mg/Nm3 'as applicable' by installing adequate pollution control device/devices with the shelling section and paddy pre-cleaner of dryer section".
3. The industry is required to attach the approved building plan instead of site plan or the principal approval.
As such you are requested to remove the above said observations within 2 days so that the application can be processed further. |
