The industry has not submitted land use classification certificate clearly mentioning the zone as per approved Master Plan of Ludhiana approved from the Competent Authority.
Further the industry has not submitted detail of disposal arrangement of trade effluent.
As such the application could not be processed at this stage and application be returned with the request to resubmit the same after removing above observations and the industry is also request to visit this office within working hours in case of any clarification. |
