The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended as under :
1. The industry may be granted renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for further 6 months, i.e. upto 31.12.2024, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE.
2. PSPCL may be directed to continue the supply of electricity connection available to industry for further 6 months upto 31.12.2024, please.
