Keeping in the view of above, It is therefore recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the unit for operation of Dhaba for Food Serving @ 50 Persons and Marriage palace @ 100 Person per function for a period upto 30.09.2029, subject to suitable terms & conditions and specific as under:
1. The unit will always comply with guidelines issued by the Board vide no. HQ-2/2021/64 dated 02.02.2021.
2. The unit will ensure that in-situ management of wet waste generated during the function is being carried out.
3. The unit shall make ensure to utilize treated water for plantation purpose.
4. The unit will comply with the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 and subsequent amendments, if any.
