Sir, It is submitted that the application of the industry was scrutinized and clarification was raised to provide copy of the building plan approved by the Competent Person as Authorized by the Director of factories and completion report for APCD/ self certification as well as date of commissioning proof, within 3 days to proceed further in the matter. But the PP has failed to submit reply of the clarification within the stipulated time period.
As such if approved, this application of the industry may be returned with request to reapply the same after attending the above said observations. |
