In view of the report/ recommendations given by Regional Office, may if approved, the varied consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Forged Rolls, Gears, Shafts, Cranks & Block etc. @ 12 MTD for operation of the furnaces using PNG as fuel may be granted upto 30/09/2026 with suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO, please.
