The details of the case may kindly be perused in the note of AEE.
In view of the details mentioned in the said note and recommendations of E.E, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that
1. The industry may be granted renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for further 6 months, i.e. upto 31.12.2024, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by Regional Office, please.
2. PSPCL authorities may be directed to continue the supply of electricity connection available to industry for further 6 months upto 31.12.2024, please.
