1. Submit details of green area available with the project proponent for disposal of treated effluent.
2. Does MC sewer in which project discharges its effluent lead to terminal STP? if so, is it of adequate capacity and does it achieve prescribed results ?
3. Does any air polluting industry apart from mentioned above, falls in the vicinity of the project site especially within 100 mtr.
4. Since how long residential colony has been established/operational. Pl check adequacy of consent fee accordingly.
5. Has it obtained permission from the Board for number of houses already constructed inside its premises ? If not, submit action taken report thereof.
Also submit fresh recommendations in the matter. |
