CA certificate attached with the application and reply submitted by the industry on 19.06.2024 still shows gross fixed assets as on 31.03.203, which is quite old.
The same has already been pointed out by undersigned vide note dated 17.06.2024 but the application has again been reprocessed without addressing the query.
Moreover, no comments has been submitted to query raised by undersigned vide note dated 17.06.2024 as to whether the industry has addressed reasons vide which earlier applications were returned and to submit details of additional / rectified documents submitted to address the shortcomings.
