The application was scrutinized and observed that the industry has not submitted consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981, NOC regularization and form fee. The industry has not submitted concrete proof of date of commissioning. The CA certificate submitted by the industry in which it has not mentioned value of land and building as well as the industry has not submitted rent agreement/registry of the land. The CA certificate submitted by the industry showing fixed assets as on 2022-2023, which is quite old. The industry has not submitted feasibility report of ETP installed at site.
