It is submitted that the PP was visited by the undersigned on 24.06.2024 and contacted Sh. Ganesh, Manager at site. The occupancy of the project is of about 22 people and Water consumption and discharge shown are very high which does not match the facts in the application. It was observed that the PP has installed MBBR based STP and has made arrangement for disposal of treated effluent onto land for plantation. The representative informed that although in the application they have mentioned that complete treated effluent shall be reused. No flow meter at the outlet of STP has been provided. The PROJECT PROPONENT has also not submitted bank guarantee of Rs. 5 lakh as compliance to the decision of the hearing given by the Chairman of the Board on 27.05.2024 and conveyed on 11.06.2024. The PROJECT PROPONENT has requested to returned the application so that it can correctly fill the Water consumption, discharge and mode of disposal details and also submit compliance to the decisions of the hearing.
In view of above mentioned facts, if approved, the application of the PROJECT PROPONENT may be returned with the request to resubmit the application after attending to the aforesaid observations immediately.
