Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE(PBIP). If approved, action as proposed by AEE(PBIP) regarding issuance of fresh Consent to Establish under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for establishment of unit for manufacturing of Pellets (NonTorrified) @ 150 MT/Day and Pellets (Torrified) @ 100 MT/day by using Paddy Straw (For Non –Torrified) @ 184.65 MT/Day, Sugar Cane Molasis (For Non-Torrified) @ 17.70 MT/Day, Mustard Waste (For Non-Torrified) @ 8.40 MT/Day, Cotton Waste (For Non-Torrified) @ 7.95 MT/Day and Paddy Straw (For Torrified) @ 370.40 MT/day as raw material, but upto 20.05.2025 (i.e. one year from date of application filing), subject to suitable general & additional conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO plus one of the additional condition that “The applicant shall be liable to abide by the provisions of Master Plan and shall also be bound to follow the provisions of section 79 along with other provisions of PRTPD Act, 1995, in case the site falls in non-conforming land use zone after the notification of Master Plan and no claim shall be demanded by the applicant from the Department” be taken, please. |
