Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE(PBIP). If approved, action as proposed by AEE(PBIP) regarding issuance of varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for manufacturing of Poultry and Cattle Feed @ 360 MT/day by using Maize, Bajra, Soya Cake, Mustard Cake, Peanut etc. @ 373 MT/day upto 30.09.2028 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions & additional condition proposed by RO and one of the additional condition that “the industry shall plant maximum trees in the upcoming monsoon season to enhance the green belt in and around the premises under CER and shall also ensure post plantation care” be taken, please. |
