On scrutinize the application of the project proponent it was observed that the project proponent has not deposited adequate consent fee. The site was visited by the officer of the Board on 19.06.2024 and during visit it was observed that no machinery has been installed by the project proponent in the industrial premises. The said plot was being used as godown. Accordingly, the Competent Authority of the Board has decided to return the application.
