Sir, the industry has installed ZLD process 7 months back and there is no specific requirement of OCEMS in such cases as there is no discharge into sewer/onto land for plantation as already explained in the agenda note sir. Further, the CCTV cameras has been provided w.r..t. stack emmissions and connected woth Board server which has also been mentioned in the agenda note .. As w.r.t. the black smoke emmissions, the industry has been given PH and has been imposed BG of Rs. 5 lacs which has been deposited by the industry which has also been mentioned above.. The industry has placed orders for upgradations of APCD as already mentioned in the agenda note and subsequent notes... Submitted for kind consideration please |
