The point wise reply to the observations raised is as under: -
1. Due to non-availability of technical staff, the sampling could not be carried out and same would be done in coming season.
2. The wall infront of rice husk discharge point fulfills criteria w.r.t length and height required as per guidelines.
3. The industry has submitted undertaking that it will provide brick road within 3 months.
In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted fresh 'consents to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 up to 30/09/2028 for production of Sorted raw rice (with dryer) @ 4.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 6.0 TPH with terms and conditions and special conditions as mentioned in above note. |
