It is submitted that as per the directions, the legal opinion has been taken from the SLO, Head Office, Patiala on 24.06.2024. In the recommendations, the Senior Law Officer has given the following Legal Opinion:-
"In view of the above recorded facts, I do not find any restriction for the grant of NOC/Consent to the poultry farm. The NOC/Consent under the relevant Act(s) may be granted with suitable conditions."
A copy of the note of Legal Opinion is also attached herewith.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the poultry farm upto 31.12.2035 (upto adequacy of fee) with usual conditions and special condition that the poultry farm will comply with the Environmental Guidelines issued by the CPCB on regular basis.
