As per the objection raised by the Competent Authority, the clarification was raised on the application to the HCF to submit the permission from the concerned department regarding increase in discharge of its effluent due to expansions from 85 beds to 100 beds. The HCF submitted receipt slips issued by the MC Ludhiana, but no details/permission regarding discharge of the effluent is mentioned in the attached documents. Hence, the reply of the clarification is found to be unsatisfactory.
If approved, the application of the NOC for expansion applied by the HCF may be returned. |
