The Report / recommendations by RO be perused. The project proponent has submitted provisional acceptance from Executive Engineer Draining-cum-Mining Officer, Hoshiarpur Drainage –cum- Mining and Geology Division, Hoshiarpur bearing no. 2221/cluster 28 dated 05.07.2023 and Environmental Clearnace from Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (SEIAA) dated 05.06.2024 for mining of minor minerals (Sand) @ 54.795 MT (including 1210 MT already extracted ) in an areas 5.73 Ha. in the revenue estate of Village Badial, District Hoshiarpur.
May if approved, the Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for three years period from the date of final approval, subject to the conditions mentioned by RO.
