It is submitted that there was a error in the calculation of consent fee in the note dated 21.06.2024 of the undersigned. The industry has deposited Rs. 30,800/- vide UTR no. P151240325645551 dated 30.05.2024 under the Water Act, 1974 and has requested to consider half of this fee under the Air Act, 1981 and half under the Water Act, 1974. ………….
Considering the half fee under Water Act and half under Air Act, it is adequate for a period upto 30.06.2029 under both Acts, after deducting NOC regularization fee of Rs. 1800/- for increase in the gross fixed assets of the industry. ………………
Accordingly now consent certificates have been prepared with validity upto 30.06.2029 each and placed herewith for e-sign please.
