The applicant has applied for first time for obtaining CTO under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 and has not obtained NOC of the Board. From the perusal of the record submitted, it has been observed that the registry attached with the application is only of 18.67 marlas executed on 29.01.2024, however the CLU is of 3 kanal 02 marlas issued by the DTP on 26.12.2016. No other revenue record is attached. Further, the CLU dated 26.12.2016 for land area of 03 kanal 02 marlas is only for usage as Dhaba, however the visiting officer has reported that a banquet hall of 100 persons/function has been constructed on the first floor, but the CLU/building plan of the entire project i.e. Dhaba and banquet hall is not attached with the application……………..
If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to further conclude the application. |
