It is intimated that the project proponent has applied for consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of a residential colony in an area of 5.931 acers.
The project proponent has submitted copy of CLU with Khasra No. 37//6, 37//15, 37//16, 37//17, 37//25/1, 37//26, 38//10/1, 38//10/2, 28//11/1, 38//11/2 38//20 of area 5.931 Acres in the name of Sh. Vikas Chaudhary S/o Sh. Shadi Lal, Project Report, feasibility report of STP, map. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 18500/- vide receipt no. N294232699266537 dated 21.10.2023. The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one year.
The site was visited by JEE (OS) of this office on 25.06.2024 and observed that the site was located on Hoshairpur to Dasuya Road.
The Project Proponent has provided boundary wall at the proposed site. The Colonizer has construct office at Main gate. The Colonizer has submitted feasibility report of STP to be having design capacity of 50 KLD. The Colonizer has also submitted CLU from Local Govt. vide No. CA-JDA-CLU-2022/188 dated 06.01.2023. The treated effluent will be discharged on to land for plantation/gardening in an area of 1 Acre. The total site area of the project is 5.931 Acres. The site sourrounded is residential area. The built up area is 13218.69 square mt., hence, the project is not required Environmental Clearance.
In view of the above, If approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted to the Colonizer for one year with suitable terms and conditions and with special conditions that:
1) The project proponent shall submit the approved building from the Concerned Department.
2) The project proponent shall comply with the conditions of CLU from Local Govt. vide No. CA-JDA-CLU-2022/188 dated 06.01.2023.
