Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of casting @ 12.6 MTD may be granted upto 30/09/2028 with usual conditions and special conditions as under:
1. The industry will recycle its entire cooling water and will not discharge the same under any circumstances.
2. The industry will not add any water polluting process without obtaining prior written permission of the Board.
3. The industry shall operate the APCD regularly and efficiently so as to achieve the prescribed emission standards on regular basis.
4. The industry shall comply with the SOPs prescribed by the Board for induction furnaces.
5. The industry shall appoint dedicated staff for operation/ maintenance of APCD.
